At Fritzy's Roller Skate Shop, we want to ensure you have the perfect roll. If your gear isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your skates or accessories are in brand-new, unworn condition with all original tags and protective packaging intact.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back for a refund or size swap.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in a shipping box—please do not use the skate box as the outer shipping container—and attach your prepaid return label.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
